Blaze is a great heroine with awful friends and a wicked sense of humor. Witty, loyal, and loving, Blaze is a blast to read about. Drawings and loads of geek-tastic references to superheroes make Blazea fun read although some of the content deals with serious issues.
Laurie Boyle Crompton’s novel will help many girls make wise decisions about sexting, bullying, the rumor mill, and other ugly matters. Any teen girl would benefit from reading Blaze’s story.
